Jakarta, IndonesiaJoined as the sole designer in the early digitalization division, building Rekan POS from scratch — a fertilizer distribution system now used by 28,000+ kiosks nationwide. Conducted direct field research with kiosks and distributors, built a token-based design system with multiple brand themes enabling consistent yet distinct UI across internal applications, and regularly presented design decisions to senior management and stakeholders.
As the division evolved, I designed the pivot to iPubers and expanded scope across mobile apps, web dashboards, internal tools, and marketing assets — building a testable web prototype via AI-assisted development to accelerate design iterations.
